During the three-day 4-H Career Explorations events, New York youth grades 8-12 explore academic fields and career possibilities through hands-on experiences on Cornell campus. Over 500 students and their adult chaperones (some of them 4-H Educators) will participate.
The event is made up of two grade specific tracts:
- University U (for those entering 8th & 9th grade). Participants will be introduced to campus admissions, tour campus, and participate in six different departmental workshops.
- Focus for Teens (those entering 10th – 12th grade). This is a more intense program where participants spend 3 days with a specific Department
Registration is now closed, but more information on the annual event is available on the 4-H Career Explorations web page.
